In this session Mr. Laubenthal will speak on the federal rules for asbestos surveys in the built environment, EPA (AHERA and asbestos NESHAP, and OSHA, PACM, communication issues) will be featured. In today’s busy marketplace it’s important to know what regulation the survey addresses and how reporting might need to be formatted. While they can be overlap, each area has it’s own mission and requirements…it’s not always a “one size fits all” manner of service. Our goal to present these various issues to help clarify what their similarities and differences may be.
