The Environmental Information Association conducts this survey to assess the current role of women in the environmental health and safety industry. We are surveying those of all gender identities (male, female, nonbinary, prefer not to answer) who work in this industry at various levels and capacities.
 
This survey is voluntary. You do not have to participate if you do not want to and you may withdraw from the survey at any time without penalty. You have the right to skip any question you do not wish to answer or feel uncomfortable answering. However, we hope you will give all of the questions your full consideration.
 
Demographic information such as name, email address, and gender identity will be connected to your responses, but any personally identifying information will be removed once the study is complete. The survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
 
You must be age 18 or older to participate in this survey. For your participation, you will be entered into a drawing to win a $50 Amazon gift card.
 
All information collected during this survey will be held in utmost confidentiality; only trained researchers will have access to your responses. The results of this survey may be used in reports, presentations, or publications, but your personally identifying information will not.
